1. Installation & commissioning

We support the install, you get a working system. A guided setup generates your configuration, encryption keys and TLS certificates, brings up the full stack and loads the database, no manual file editing on your side.

2. Deployment options, Docker, Kubernetes or dedicated hardware

The same software, installed the way that fits your site. We help you pick, then we deploy it.

  1. Docker (single server). One host, a mini PC, a NUC, a rack server or a VM in your data centre. Fastest path to production, fully containerised, one command to update.
  2. Kubernetes (cluster). Production Helm chart with ingress, autoscaling and mutual-TLS between services. For customers who already run a cluster or need high availability across many sites.
  3. Dedicated hardware appliance. A small industrial box in the electrical cabinet, Raspberry Pi 5 or Unipi-class controllers. with a wired RS485 / Modbus port to your inverters and meters. Ideal where there is no server room.
  4. Cloud or on-premise. Runs on your infrastructure, your cloud account, or fully offline. Your data never has to leave the site.
3. Device integration & data onboarding

Hardware only becomes useful once the portal speaks its language. That integration work is our core service.

  1. Victron systems over the Cerbo GX, full live telemetry and control.
  2. Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU (RS485) for inverters, hybrid inverters, PCS, batteries and energy meters.
  3. Ready-made register maps for Huawei and ATESS; for any other device we write the map from the manufacturer's documentation, test it against the real unit and ship it to you.
  4. Smart devices, Tuya (cloud and local LAN) and Sonoff / eWeLink relays, contactors and sensors, controllable straight from the diagram.
  5. Solar production forecasting from your exact location, orientation and string layout.
  6. Historical data, energy reports and long-term metrics storage from day one
4. Remote support, monitoring & maintenance

After go-live we stay reachable. Support is delivered through the portal itself, so there is no VPN to install and no port to open on your firewall.

  1. Consent-based remote support. You open a support session from your side; we connect over an encrypted, authenticated channel and close it when the work is done. No standing access.
  2. Sites without a public IP. Installations behind mobile or CGNAT connections reach us through our secure relay, you still see live data from anywhere.
  3. Updates. Roughly four releases a year, delivered automatically to subscribed installations: new features, fixes, security patches and support for hardware changes made by manufacturers.
  4. Backup & restore. Full configuration export and import, move an installation to new hardware, or roll one back, without rebuilding it by hand.
  5. Health monitoring. Built-in metrics and dashboards, plus alerting when a device stops reporting.
5. Security, compliance & custom engineering

Built for installations where the electrical system is critical infrastructure, not a hobby project.

  1. Encrypted communication between every internal component, and encryption of sensitive data at rest
  2. Production images built on FIPS 140-3 validated cryptography, continuously scanned for known vulnerabilities
  3. Complete audit trail of who changed what, and when
  4. Role-based access, so installers, operators and customers each see only what they should
  5. Perpetual licence with an optional yearly updates subscription — you own the software, the subscription keeps it current
  6. Custom engineering. Bespoke dashboards and reports, automation and battery-dispatch strategies, tariff and time-of-use optimisation, new device drivers, and integration with your existing systems
